Cook Basic - Level 1
  Our next Cook Basic diploma program start up dates are : March 1 and April 5
Cook Advanced - Level II
  Our next Cook Advanced diploma program start up dates are : March 1 and April 5
Personal Chef Diploma
  Our next Personal Chef Diploma Program start up dates are : March 1 and April 5
Chef de Cuisine
  Learn both the fundamentals of cooking and the advanced techniques of professional chefs. This program is eligible for Second Career training. Our next start up dates are : March 1 and April 5
Specialist Chef
  Learn the fundamentals of cooking and combine it with what you need to know to become a professional personal chef. This program is eligible for Second Career funding. Our next start up dates are : March 1 and April 5
Culinary Management
  Learn both the fundamentals of cooking and the advanced techniques of professional chefs. Then combine it with what you need to know to become a professional personal chef. This program is eligible for Second Career funding. Our next start up dates are : March 1 and April 5

    Do you want to be a sushi master of your own domain? Do you want impress your family and friends? Join us for an exciting class of Japan's most renowned cuisine. Learn secrets of the professionals with great hands on instruction. Perfect for a beginner or a gourmet cook! Sushi tools included.

  • French Pastry: Croquembouche, Desserts and Pastry
    If you have a sweet tooth, this is the class for you! We will be featuring some classic favourites like Creme Brule, French Pastry Cream, Eclairs and more. The basic equipment and great recipes are included.
